Staff does not listen to customers orders. They can't seem to follow instructions when told NO PEARLS! Wasted time and money too often.

I ordered Lemon Honey Green tea through the Uber app with no honey. When I received the drinks there was no lemon in my drinks at all …I tried the drink and it did not taste like it like should be and I’m very disappointed with drinks. I’ve gone to Gong Cha many times and would not recommend this location.

We ordered two ice-cream cones of single scoop & double scoops (that costs close to double price of a single scoop). But total sizes of these two cones are very similar (too bad I didn't take pic). I talked to the attendant & explained couple times, he still said it's correct as we ordered double scoops. If so, paying almost double is to get double the contents or just for 2 tastes of same content as a single scoop.... 😒🙄

I got the coconut taro milk tea at 30% sugar and it was perfect. Lots of spacious seating with a lot of nice decorations, cute fish tank and board games. Laptop friendly place and the employee was super nice too!

my experience wasnt the best here. i went on a friday night and there was only 1 worker and he was taking his time so it was kinda a long wait. also their customer service kinda sucked. not even a hi or hello. the drink was also mid it was just a bunch of ice. i got the creme brulee strawberry milk tea which is the same drink i get from other gongchas but this one didnt hit the same. there wasnt even a creme brulee part it was just foam. there was also some foam on the outside of my cup which i didnt notice til after i touched it and it made my hands sticky. they dont have a washroom either so i couldnt wash my hands. it wasnt bad and i still drank it but just kinda disappointed. the place is nice and aesthetic in there but it didnt feel welcoming. welp
