Very rude staff esp Arthur. Very rude attitude when taking our order, because we had 5 kids placing an order, you need to be patient if you’re working with people. we even told the other customers to go ahead as we’re still deciding. I brought my guests here who are visiting from America. They have an autistic child who wasn’t even loud. Arthur asked us to step out. If this was a spa or a quiet zone we’d be silent or leave it’s a boba place and everyone here was already loud. Child is autistic or not, you shouldn’t tell a family to leave because of they’re 3 year old who isn’t even crying or yelling. Looked like he’s so sick of his job then quit it! If child was running around and screaming, that’s another thing. Poor girl was just sitting and would say a sound here and there and this annoyed him only and nobody else at the store, there were 10-15 other people and no one else was bothered or looked at us.

The worker with the the long hair that is slightly red got 2 ponytails yelled at me for no reason and saying I was loud. That’s messed up. Also obviously started backbiting to his worker friends when all we were doing were having some drinks. He also threatened to kick me and my family out for apparently being loud even though we were the most quiet ones there.

Ordered the strawberry matcha beverage without the top milk foam, asked for it blended like a smoothie but wasn't able to order it as that. Then I received this which looks like just the matcha milk tea which is available as a smoothie...

This place is one of the best bubble tea shops in the plaza. I recently ordered a crème brûlée croffle and it was so good and the drinks are always on point to how you order it.

I was a regular here with my friends, up until last night. I had gone with my friend to get some green tea with a bit of honey, which I have gotten from there btw. I asked the gentleman if I could get that and he was like adding honey was not an option and that this was a custom drink. I have gotten green tea with honey from there multiple times. However, he looked like he was a new employee. So his coworker had asked what I wanted and when he told her, her response was "that's fine but if she doesn't like it, we are not giving a refund or taking it back." Shocked at her response and attitude, me and my friend left. I will never step foot in this place again, how disrespectful and rude!

This whole plaza is open super late, which is fun! Yummy milk tea and croffle!

Always picks up the phone and never a delay while picking up my drinks. The place is kept clean. The pearl tea with tapioca is always on point. Keep it up!
