Terrible new pumpkins milktea if u dont like chai, nothing related to pumpkin, it tastes a full mouth of chai.Horrible design, i literally throw out whole night, such a nightmare they make pumpkin taste like chai

Best Gong cha place. My go to drink is the mango matcha with mango kanten jelly (I also add lychee kantan jelly to it but that's a personal preference).

I ordered mango splash. It is sooo good? i’m in love with this splash. Definitely try next time again. They made my gong cha according to my choice. Good milk, mango and sugar.

I rarely ever write bad reviews but unfortunately they need to change how they schedule people (have at least 2 people working each shift or hire more people). Every time I come here there is only one person working and doing everything and they are so bombarded with orders that they take so long to take and make your order.

I came in to get 1 drink and the worker was completing an online order in the back. She apologized and I was fine with waiting for a bit but I waited for about 10 mins before leaving because by the time she even takes my order, it would have taken her another 10 mins to make it. There was about 3 people behind me waiting for her to finish the online order in the back and it was just ridiculous. I'm sorry but you guys really need to hire some more people if you aren't able to find coverage on a daily basis. It negatively impacts your business and customers don't want to come to a location that takes 20 mins to make a drink because they fail to have enough people working.

The store is hidden in the corner of the market and has a nice atmosphere with cute decoration. The service was really nice and they helped explain the difference between drinks.

The actual drink is however not as great. Perhaps I chose poorly but the milk foam disappeared instantly and the drink tasted watered down and weirdly sweet. Not in the traditional sense but like cough syrup sweet.

The store itself is pretty nice but isn’t a sit down bubble tea spot, as it offers only two high chairs for people waiting.

I would like to give it a second chance though so might swing by and see if another drink is good.

Make them repay your order, they take forever and get it wrong and just say sorry and start charging you for their mistake.

Only one person working on walk in, calls and cooking everything! By the time he took our order it was 20 minutes… then ordered and then got it our order to say after an additional 10 minutes they are out of tea! Disgusting cheap manager who wants to save on staff costs!! CHEAP! I walked out and didn’t get an order

Their mango milk tea 50% sugar is the best milk tea in the GTA. Had it a couple times at this location and the tea flavour is phenomenal. Consistent and perfectly balanced between tea and mango flavour. Way better than other branches and brands from Toronto to Hamilton.
