I enjoy the coffee, muffins and cookies. It's pricey but a nice treat. The biggest issue is that the staff isn't available.
They leave a sign saying they are making pastries or doing a truck load (?) and to knock on the back door.
There is no backdoor with Good Earth signage. Service is also very slow.
I want to like this place but they try real hard for me not too.

Expensive and awful. I had a cold brew and my husband had an iced coffee. Both had a weird chemical aftertaste
We ended up just throwing them away. Waste of money
I think there’s a reason why there was no one getting coffee there in a very busy hospital location
I am not abke to comment im any of the services I had a friend for 45 days in the hospital and staff is never in the counter they hide behind the counter to no serve customers that come and leave.
Half the time no one is there to take your order. The person is just MIA as if the store is closed for hours. Someone should look into this.
