Went here recently, had called prior to figure out parking and was told they don validate parking. When I reached there, I was informed that they do validate for 2 hours. Inconsistent information. The building where this place is, is a bit difficult to navigate. However, the restaurant itself is pretty from inside, the server was very helpful and patient. The restaurant is supposed to close down permanently in a few weeks.

Disappointing Experience at Goodfellas Pizza

Visited Goodfellas Pizza on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 9:30 pm, expecting to enjoy a dine-in experience. I had called ahead and was informed that dine-in was open until 10:00 pm. However, upon arrival, I was rudely told that the kitchen was already closed for dine-in. When I asked about take-out, I was told the kitchen was still operational, which made the inconsistency even more frustrating.

The staff’s attitude further dampened the experience; they seemed disinterested in serving customers and lacked focus on providing decent service. The overall approach was negative and unwelcoming, the worst I've seen in the area. If you're looking for a place that values its customers and stays true to its hours, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Hitesh is such an incredible and thoughtful hardworking waiter that is polite and respectful towards the customer , he took his time explaining each inquiry we had , delivered evreything with pleasure and made sure to stay in touch with our every need , amazing food , great summer desserts for a great price and great ambiance

It had the authentic Italian pizza

Pizza was awesome. The poplette thingy was good (small meatballs). Calamari was nothing special. The eggplant thingy was more breading than anything.

Donut is nothing special (just whip cream and tiny bit of custard, mainly bread)

Pretty brutal experience, had a manhattan they didn’t have cherries, app was cold, got the main courses, they gave me parm in a cup. Because the shredder was “broken” , someone had the surf and turf and it was described as meh.. doubt I’ll be back

Great location and a viable option to stay on budget, nevertheless enjoy very good pizza and great tasting drinks. The interior is exciting, the staff is pleasant and very accommodating, and the food and the drinks come fast. I can say we were extremely happy coming here and I'd recommend it to everyone. (BTW they cover your underground parking too).

The food is great! They have some great italian dishes, at a fair price, pizza, pasta and more, it's a great pick. Throughout the restaurant, there are statues and decor, which makes this restaurant look very nice.

Waited by the “wait to be seated” sign several minutes to be seated, the waiter was having the chat of a lifetime with one table, gave no regard for a party of 3 waiting. The waitress inside the restaurant saw us through the window and just kept staring with no action taken. Eventually she came out and said, you’re supposed to come inside to be seated, despite the door being placed outside. Horrible service, never going again.

We recently had dinner at this Goodfellas location and had the best time. Other than our meals being prepared perfectly and delicious, the service was great too. Dakota was amazing! She happily answered all our menu questions and was always there when we needed her. Very sweet and very personable. We loved her!
