Lived here for about 12 years. When you put in a request to have something fixed, someone will come out and take a look and tell you it's fine without touching anything. My mom's house has almost caught fire several times because they refuse to replace her stove. Neighbors are loud and rowdy, thank goodness there's a police station right across the street and they've been called ALOT in there.
