Best tea I've ever tried. Did the iced strawberry tea and they adjust for sweetness. Huge portions and really high quality cups so it doesn't pop off easily. Very pleasant experience and complimentary popcorn. Makes me want to bring everyone I know here! Very lovely staff as well. Thank you!

Place has a cute atmosphere. It was quiet when I went with a friend, so it was the perfect place to talk and catch up. No loud music to shout over. Hokkaido roasted milk tea was delicious! Highly recommend. Ill be coming back for that drink alone. Complementary popcorn was a nice touch. The salt and pepper chicken was okay. Nothing I haven't tasted before in other bbt establishments. I probably wouldn't order it again.

I really enjoy coming to The Grotto. The atmosphere is great—cozy but lively—and the team there is always super nice and welcoming. It’s usually quite busy, even after 9:30 pm on Fridays, but it never feels too loud or overwhelming.

The drinks are amazing, with lots of options to choose from, and everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. Overall, it’s definitely a spot I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a good bubble tea place with a great vibe.

I'm glad this place is still around but I can't believe the prices. I haven't been here in so long so I'm just surprised. It's still the same cute spot and drinks are still just as good.

I got the matcha Hokkaido with no sugar, it was still a bit sweet but I'm guessing it was from the milk.

Decent bubble tea shop and would come back again if I'm ever around the area.

Green Grotto will forever be my favourite restaurant. I still remember my first time coming in. The food and drinks are out of this world and they serve free popcorn too. The Popcorn Chicken and Mango Green Tea always bring me back to my first time. Can’t say enough good things about Green Grotto!

I love the lightings, colors and like the overall vibe of this place, its so quiet and refreshing definitely recommend it. The food and drinks is even better like its a perfect place to take someone out or even if u want to chill alone:)

The shop has a good vibe for dining in and enjoying with your friends and family, pretty chill place. The food and drink are also very good.

Cozy spot to study or chill, hokaido milk tea is my go to, wish they would give me their recipe!

Pass by for some late night snacks but then fell in love with fresh fruit tea and TW sausages and squid balls. Staff friendly and the vibe is so good for younger people and family friendly. Highly recommend it!

Come here for drinks regularly

The last experience I had with the manager/owner was unpleasant. He seemed impatient, not caring if he took my order properly, and was rude. He asked if there was “Anything else?” dismissively while gesturing me to hurry up with his hands.

The employees are fine.

This simply shows while the establishment is decent itself, one negative interaction can be all it takes to turn a customer away - especially when it comes from a manager.

The best salted foam coffee I’ve ever had! Grotto Tea Lounge is officially my new go-to spot. It’s such a cozy and inviting place, and the free popcorn with any dine-in is a fun little bonus. The server was super welcoming, and the whole experience was just perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Drinks are ok but services style is terrible. The employee will bring your popcorn but tell you he can't take your order. You must order online while you're sitting there . Its so typical of service these days . Then , of course , a tip is requested at time of payment . Why not , grab your tablet and take my orders i sit . Oh and if you order it to go, you get a discount . So you don't want people inside??

My boyfriend and I love this place. The food were great. His Mango Smoothie was perfect and my Coconut Affogato was heaven! Will definitely come back for more.
