I ordered 4 days of Gentle Cleanse for delivery.
This order was received at room temperature INSIDE the thermal packaging, dropped off over 25 hours after the courier picked it up in a unmarked, non-climate controlled SUV. My guess is that it stayed in the SUV the entire time.
I called and spoke with a rep yesterday who easy-breezy told me to call back today if there was an issue. She didnt mention that the line would be closed FOR FOUR DAYS.
Theres no way this juice would be safe for consumption today, let alone in 5 days when I would be completing the cleanse. Between 1 and 4 degrees is safe - this hasnt been safe for hours.
Please note 8 of the products arrived expired. All of the pineapple chia, and all of the vanilla almond mylk.
Super disappointed in all aspects of this company and their food handling. They're going to make people very very sick. This is being crossposted to all 3 of their locations because food handling isnt the joke this company seems to think it is.
