An Outstanding Experience Thanks to Samip!
I don’t EVER leave reviews, but I had to make an exception to shout out the incredible service we received at Guac Mexi Grill from Samip, who truly went above and beyond.
My father speaks limited English and has specific dietary restrictions, which can sometimes make ordering difficult. But Samip didn’t hesitate for a second, he patiently explained every menu item, ensured my father understood what each option included, and most importantly, made sure his dietary needs were fully accommodated.
Samip’s kindness, respect, and willingness to take the time made a huge difference in our experience. He didn’t rush us, didn’t get frustrated, and treated my father with genuine care. It meant a lot to us and because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back.
And that’s not to mention the food he cooked for us was absolutely amazing. Every bite was fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. You can tell he puts pride into his cooking as much as he does his service.
Give this man a raise! Thank you, Samip, for your hospitality. You made Guac Mexi Grill feel like home.

This place has excellent burritos and the value is top notch. I find steak at burrito joints can be hit or miss. It's an absolute hit here. Everything is super fresh and delicious.

I must say the quesadilla I had today was amazing, but the customer service I got from Samip was exceptional. He did a phenomenal job of establishing rapport and also educating me on how fresh all the food was (veggies, sauces, etc). I have worked in customer service for years, and Samip is the most memorable person I have interacted with in any fast food establishment. I would recommend this place to anybody that will listen!
