This place will go broke before I ever return. My wife chose this place because it was the original Chinese fritter place and we thought it can’t be bad. We were wrong. I told my wife she had a poor choice and we got into a serious fight over that too.

Really yummy food!! Service might be slow sometimes as they’re understaffed but the people are nice and food is so flavourful :)

Delicious fritters and hot soy milk! I always liked coming back here.

Tried #2 and #3 on the menu. Soup is normal, its good but nothing special; The pork has crispy skin so that was a suprise; noodle is good but again nothing made it stand out; a lot of different vegetables in the soup so thats good. Interior has some style, but all the style combine together is kind of weird. What take away 1 of the star is the "cigarette smell" coming from the back. Who knows if is someone open the back door with people smoking outside or the kitchen did. It was unpleasant.

Was looking for a place to eat for dinner in this plaza and most of the other restaurants were packed full. So we ended up trying this place which was not packed. And barely had any reviews. I mean that could be a sign, but sometimes you just have to gamble a bit right? Orders are written on a sheet. There are two menus. The order sheet only covers one of them. You'll probably get confused like us and ask what to do and they'll tell you to just write it on the back. Got mapo tofu, signature rice noodle #1, and sticky baked pork rib. Had to order a bowl of rice for $1.80 cause too much sauce probably should have saved some of those noodles for the other dishes. Flavors were alright. Portions were pretty good. I did like the crispy pork slices on the noodles.

My friend and I tried their cha siu rice and LiuZhou style snail rice noodles. Ugh...where do I start? The "cha siu" is definitely not the type of hk cha shiu you know, just take a look of my pictures provided. After I got over that part, I'm thinking okay, maybe it's a different kind, it's all about the taste anyway... Yea... it suck, it suck, and it sucks. The pork was dry like Sahara dessert I promised you... You can tell he pork has been made and put it in the fridge for who knows how long... the rice was okay, and the veggies were okay too, but the main cha chiu it's just not working at all... Portion wise was quite generous, the plate is about $13 after tax and tips... yea I can definitively find something much better for that price in the same plaza. The snail rice noodles were quite stink, which that's how it supposed to be anyway. However, it wasn't anywhere near special and one of those $2.99 instant pack from the Chinese supermarket actually taste much better. Yea...maybe I need to try other items because these two are definitely a no no to me anymore.

Was good, never tried proper Guilin Noodles, over expectation

My introduction to Guilin noodles was a moderate sized bowl of noodles with beef slices, roasted pork belly, peanuts, beans and other tasty bits. Pork belly is not on my list of prefer foods. But the excellent noodles prevent my rating from dropping below 4 stars!

Came in to buy dough sticks to go, as we happened to pass by and see them near the windowsill. When we went in to inquire, the owner told us there weren't any available even though we could see plenty just by the window. I understand that maybe for certain restaurants there is a minimum we need to spend, but at least let us know if this is the case so we could buy more instead of leaving empty handed.

Very good noodle. I love the crispy pork noodles

Another authentic restaurant, it's "Guilin noodle" style. Rich flavor soup and large portion noodle but it may not be everyone's dish.
