Excellent taste and friendly service. Must try and one of the best hotels I have ever visited. I loved the crispy vada, sambar vada, Mysore bhaji dosa and they also had jain food options with excellent taste and variety. We totally loved whatever we ordered. I would definitely recommend to everyone and don't miss it.Requesting the team to open a branch in Brantford or in and around Hamilton.Vegetarian options: Jain and Pure Jain food options were excellent and had lot of varieties. Loved the taste. We also can customize each and every item of your order according to the crispiness , oil and spice level etc.

Gurulaxmi Restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey through South Indian flavors, each dish a testament to their mastery of traditional recipes. My dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, with a diverse selection that satisfied both my palate and my cravings for authentic Indian cuisine. The Mysore bhaji dosa was a standout, boasting a crispy exterior complemented by a flavorful potato filling and a generous spread of spicy chutney. Equally enticing was the Rava aloo dosa, with its unique texture and aromatic potato masala filling that perfectly balanced the semolina crepe. For those craving a lighter option, the idli with sambar and chutney was a comforting choice. The idlis were soft and pillowy, soaking up the savory sambar and the tangy coconut chutney, creating a symphony of flavors with each bite. The Mix veg Uthappa showcased the restaurant's versatility, combining a medley of vegetables with a fluffy pancake base, offering a delightful twist on the traditional dosa.No South Indian meal is complete without a cup of Madras filter coffee, and Gurulaxmi did not disappoint. The aromatic brew was the perfect ending to my culinary adventure, offering a rich and smooth finish that left me craving for more.Beyond the exquisite food, the ambiance of Gurulaxmi Restaurant added to the overall experience, with its warm and inviting atmosphere and attentive service. The service was quick at the speed of light. In conclusion, Gurulaxmi Restaurant is a gem for South Indian cuisine enthusiasts, offering a delectable array of dishes that celebrate the rich culinary heritage of the region. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or a newcomer to South Indian flavors, a visit to Gurulaxmi is sure to leave you satisfied and eager to return for more.

We had ordered their special dosa which I think was the most expensive but what I got was a joke. They mentioned it will have maysore chutney, red and green bell peppers, onion and coriander. When we received it, they had only sprinkled all these things and they were also uncooked. And the best part is if you open the dosa you can actually count the number of pieces. It was sooo less. We also told them to make the dosas crispy but it was very soft. I would never ever go there. It was just waste of money.

Have been coming here since they had a tiny location near Eril Mills.Staff is arrogant. Policies make no sense. We were dining in, and wanted to get something for take out. They made us get up and place a take out order at a separate counter. There, they refused to take credit card because take out order was less than $20.If you want to learn new ways to harras your customers, come here.

Foods good , atmosphere good but doesn’t like their sitting arrangements. It’s too close to another customers. There is no privacy for 2 people for even talk. Other than that everything is good. ?
