The change the presentation of their insignia rice, it was to be in a stone bowl and now is in a normal plate, which contradict the menu and affect the product. We have been to this place at least 5 times and this time the service wasn't as good, you need to ask repeatedly for things. Also

For a first experience, it could have been an intimidating meal but our server was very helpful. The experience of cooking our own food on the grill was amazing. We had so much fun trying different meats and comparing flavours. Everything was delicious.

The quality of the food was excellent as always, but the quality of the service was very poor this time. This was the 10th time we visited this place, and I have never encountered such poor service in all my time there.
