It's like a strip in Dubai, all middle eastern eateries in one place. 3-4 dedicated coffee shops from different regions like Yemen, Turkey was definitely a first for anywhere in GTA (AFAIK).

There are so many restaurants in here that are really good dining spots. Have been to most of them and the food is really good.

This is a game changer, not only on the servicing side but also culturally. Middle and South Eastern vibes where people and their families hangout at evening times, which will make the city more vibrant. I like this as it always was a bit depressing not having night life in this city besides bars.
