I visited Harvey’s today to try their chicken burger. It was nice and was sufficient for a person. The guy named Blake was on front and he helped me with the food and also gave me some other suggestions for the next time. I would definitely recommend this place as the food and staff is very good and friendly respectively.

DO NOT EAT HERE. This location does NOT follow basic food safety laws. I walked in tonight at around 7:05pm to see that the cooked fries were being stored in a grey tub (not a fry warmer or any standard food warmer that keeps food up to the SAFETY REQUIREMENTS) and when I questioned this, was told “dont worry, it’s sanitized” as if food touching sanitizer is any safer. Beyond that, the cook was walking around touching many things/surfaces and then went back to the food without washing his hands. Beyond that, they forgot one of our sides. We returned to get the missing side we had paid for, and the tub was now magically gone! With the workers stating that the manager was well aware they were using a tub to store the fries. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

I love the Angus burger at Harvey's! Lots of toppings to choose from too. You can customize your burger how you like it. The fries or onion rings are great too. They also accept Harvey's coupons, both paper and in the Harvey's app. Customer service is excellent! I highly recommend them!
Ordered an angus combo with poutine and first of all the staff chatted, taking their time. Then when I sat to eat of course they gave me a super old, cold and dry burger patty. I had to bring it back and there was no apology. They remade it and I am pretty sure I was pointed at and made fun of for it by a staff member. Why because I'm tired of below par product these days? Everywhere now it is like this. I'm used to the rude service. That is the norm now. I will not fel bad about returning awful food though.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Harvey’s was beyond disappointing. My order was completely wrong — not just a small mistake, but several items were missing or incorrect. When I finally received the replacement, the food quality was poor: the burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and worst of all, I found a hair in my meal. That completely ruined my appetite.
It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and leave feeling frustrated and grossed out. Cleanliness and basic accuracy should be the bare minimum at any restaurant. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
