I visited this Harvey’s recently and placed an order for a burger combo, specifically requesting no mayonnaise due to a severe egg allergy. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that the sandwich had mayo on it. I immediately returned to the restaurant to explain the mistake, assuming they would simply remake the burger correctly.
However, instead of making a fresh sandwich, they scraped off the mayo, reheated the bun, and added the toppings I requested without informing me of what they had done. Not realizing this, I ate part of the sandwich and began to have an allergic reaction. I ended up in the hospital due to the exposure to the allergen.
This kind of negligence is extremely concerning and should never happen to anyone. It’s a serious safety issue and a very poor business practice. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can be cautious.

I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with a wrap on the side, the garnisher placed toppings very nicely and was polite with every customer that I seen. It looks like the whole team is very coordinated and they know what they are doing in an organized way.
