I’ve been going to this Harvey’s for some time now (probably close to 10 years). Always at night time as I work nights. Up until the last few months everything has been great. The staff were super friendly, accurate with orders (always drive through as the dine in is closed when I get there). I’ve noticed that all the old staff is gone ( at least the window front staff). Last night I waited over 20 minutes (only 1 car in front of me and was already at window) total to get all my food. It took over 10 min sitting at the window, then I had to go back as they forgot the fries, normally I wouldn’t care but the amount of time everyone was waiting in line was absurd. And this is not the first time. I get it sometimes things happen. But ever since this new staffing, every experience has been below sub par. I do t like hating but I hope the owner/supervisor sees this and corrects this. And lastly everytime I’ve gone lately ordering has been super frustrating as I feel either the coms are not working properly so I have to repeat multiple times or speak very slowly and even then they don’t get it right. Unfortunately I will not be returning, and it’s sad cause I always was greeted with such amazing friendly energy and the staff now at night seems like they don’t care like the old ones did.
