Harvey’s is my go to burger place has been since I was a kid, this location is closest to my place do I go here a lot. Over a week ago I was there picking up an online order I made in the parking lot, walked in spoke with the young lady said “my order was partially complete it wouldn’t be long”, I said thanks and proceeded to wait, 10-12 minutes went by and so many other customers had come and gone by that time and had I not asked the wait would’ve been longer her response was I hadn’t seen me, that I just got there and I spoke to her or any one else about my order, pretty much called me liar without saying it in front of several customers. I spoke with Harvey’s head office they said they would get back to me didn’t. Very disrespectful behaviour and lack of professionalism by the staff there and appears zero accountability as well. I do not recommend this location to anyone anymore.

Visited Monday, Aug 18th 2025. Worst service ever. Didnt bother to blend my daughters chocolate milkshake properly. Only gave us 7 out of the 8 donuts I paid for. Literally there was only a few tiny specs of cinnamon sugar. Couldnt even taste the cinnamon sugar at all. To top it all off, on our way out, I turned my head and saw the male worker behind the counter dipping his hand in the fries supply and put in it his mouth. Laziest work ethic ever. Highly disappointed.

Went today while it was HEAVILY raining. There was a staff member positioned at the doors offering clear plastic garbage bags for not only your food, but also to keep you dry! Such a sincere gesture. Thank you!

The staff's hygiene is terrible! The male staff making my order in the back kitchen didn't wear gloves and picked up the bread and placed the patty directly.So disgusting!!!
