I came with my family for a dinner. It is my first time dining in in this location. It is a nice place and clean. However, the food was not as good as the place. For the price I paid I supposed to get a better quality food. The buns for our sandwiches were very dry. The meat was not hot at all. The worst were the chicken strips. They were very dry, dark and were not hot at all. The oil used to fry the chicken, I assumed, was very bad. The chicken tasted burnt and bitter after taste. My family and I were very dissapointed with the food. We usually had Harvey in other location and it tasted completely different from this location.

I'm not one that normally leaves reviews even if I've had a bad experience but tonight(March 20th) I was very disappointed. This Harvey's has always been great, been going since I was kid and is our go too especially if it's later in the night. Now yes we did come around 11:20pm, I get it you wanna go home your tired. But this one employee that took mine and my mom's order was complaining (talking very loud across the restaurant) about customers to another employee about leaving trays on a table while there were still a lot of customers inside. I think it's very rude to complain about people and talk bad about others especially when there still inside and there's other people around.
That's not the reason why I'm really disappointed. My mom and I came in to quickly get food on the way up to my grandparents that live almost 2 hours away. we had our 2 dogs in the car, obviously can't bring them in especially since there big dogs so we left them in the car hoping it would only take max 10-15 minutes. We ended up standing there for around 30 mins to almost 40 waiting, we were the only two customers all the other's had left already and the employee that took our order decided she was gonna mop the floor, the employee in the back called the order of food that was ready but both employees in the front decided to ignore it. My mom ended up asking someone if they could make the food and that's been sitting there for 5 minutes already I added that we have to go and we have dogs in the car. They did end up quickly making the food and didn't apologize for making us wait for so long. By the way I already said it we got there around 11:20pm we didn't end up leaving till 11:55. This was supposed to be a quick stop as we were in a bit of rush and had dogs in the car, I'm really disappointed and I hope this never happens again.

Posting a review because this Harvey’s had multiple signs throughout the restaurant asking people to do it. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this will be a rather negative review. Our family went to Harvey’s this evening at approximately 4:30 p.m. At this time, there were only TWO employees working - one cooking and one preparing orders. There was no one taking orders. We didn’t realize that until we got into line and realized no employees were helping the actual customers in the restaurants. The one worker out front was simply fulfilling Uber Eats orders. After being ignored for 10 minutes, we decided to go across the street to Wendy’s. It’s very difficult to support Canadian companies when this is the type of service being provided to customers. You must have more than two people working at a time. That part is unacceptable. 🍔🥤
