Review for Harvey's Location: 2681 Dundas Street West, Mississauga on 10-12-2024 1-Star Review
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Harvey's location that has ensured I won't be returning. What began as a simple drive-through order turned into an unnecessarily confrontational situation due to poor customer service.
The issues began when I received the wrong order. Upon politely bringing this into the resturant and up to the cashier, I was met with rudeness and condescension. Instead of addressing the error professionally, the cashier became argumentative and insisted that I hadn't ordered what I claimed. Her behavior was completely unprofessional – she rolled her eyes at me and made comments under her breath.
When I requested to speak with a supervisor, the cashier's attitude only worsened. After the supervisor arrived, I explained the situation and requested a refund. While the supervisor handled the situation more appropriately, the damage was already done. The level of customer service I received from the cashier was deplorable and completely unacceptable for any food service establishment.
What should have been a simple resolution to a wrong order turned into an uncomfortable confrontation that no customer should have to experience. The cashier's dismissive attitude, argumentative behavior, and unprofessional conduct have ensured that I will never return to this location.
While Harvey's may generally maintain higher standards, this particular location's staff clearly requires better training in basic customer service skills, particularly in handling order corrections and maintaining professional behavior when dealing with customers.
Pros: - None to mention from this experience
Cons: - Incorrect order fulfillment - Extremely poor customer service - Argumentative and unprofessional staff - Condescending attitude from cashier - Poor conflict resolution skills
I cannot recommend this location to others based on this experience. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that treat their customers with basic respect and dignity.

I had the crispy chicken burger. It’s my favourite. It was perfect. The issue was that the restaurant doesn’t seem to be heated. It was cold in the table area but in the woman’s washroom you might as well have been outside in -10 and the water to wash your hands was the same frigid temperature. Not pleasant.

Ordered a veggie burger. Got a bacon cheeseburger. This never would have happened at A&W. Also this particular location has the worst take out entrance. It’s hilarious.

Obviously its good food but im biased. RAN IN THE STALL. PULLED PANTS DOWN. OH NO. OUT OF TOILET PAPER. CALLED THEM UP. QUICK RESPONSE. GENT CAME IN WITH A ROLL. TACTICAL RELOAD. PROCEEDS TO FIGHT FOR MY LIFE TO MAKE ROOM FOR MORE FOOD. fast service. 10/10 would sit in the stall again

I loved the shake I had here. I wasn't sure which flavor I wanted, so they let me sample the flavor so I can pick and they welcomed me and my friends with a smile and pretty much made my day.
