Went through the drive thru at this location and got the worst burger experience ever. Asked for The Works and got a plain patty with old warm soggy lettuce...nothing else! I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants a good burger. If you can avoid this location and drive to any other location you will be much happier with your food.

A really great group of staff was working today, Dec 30/25. They were very attentive to how long people were waiting and made sure everyone was taken care of as quickly as possible. I could even hear some moments of confusion in the kitchen, and then I saw other team members head over to help, fixed the errors and got everyone on their team back on track. I personally like seeing that as I have employees myself and when there are positive environments you get a better product to your customer. My meal was great, and they also didn't like how the bun felt and they quickly switched it out before the wrapped it for me. Been coming here for years and we'll keep coming back.

Spot used to be good, now the Indian guys working at night couldn’t care less about service and the order itself. I called ahead and asked if it’s okay to come even though they are closing soon and he said it was fine, then when I got there well before closing the guy just had a whiny attitude and got both my burgers wrong. I paid extra for Swiss cheese which they didn’t even put and the patty was burnt to a crisp. Stop hiring miserable people!

Special thanks to Shaiya for taking our very complex order/request and personally overseeing that it was executed to the perfection! Order: Buffalo Chicken Poutine, layered with double cheese (fries/cheese/fries/cheese/gravy) topped with buffalo chicken , chopped up Angus patty, jalapeños and onions. Looking forward to eating here again when back in the area.
