Aleem is a very nice gentleman and an excellent manager at the Harvey’s located at Royal Windsor in Mississauga. After such a long day of work, running errands, and driving a long distance, his kindness truly stood out. He provided great customer service and even offered complimentary food to customers who were waiting, which was greatly appreciated. He also made sure we were seated in a clean, comfortable lobby. Small gestures like this make a big difference, Thank You, Aleem, for your professionalism and generosity!

We eat here every 2-3 months and most notably the staff is incredible. I'm surprised how well they handle a fast paced environment with a smile, always courteous and patience for each patron. Incredible team that anyone in a customer facing position could take notes from. Well done!!

Went today after a long time, Elf on the shelf was a nice touch facing us while Kristin and Asha were putting them together for us! The burgers 🍔 (multiple buffalo chickens and vege combos) were amazing and the service was incredible, thanks to Kristin and Asha for the great service today. 😃. Give them a raise.

During my drive through visit I picked up one of my favourites Buffalo Chicken poutine x2 for myself and my friend. Taking my order and serving was BRENDA. I have been going to this Harvey’s location for years as I work nearby, and the many interactions I’ve had over the years with BRENDA serving me she was and is very polite, accurate as she repeats the order to make sure it’s correct and when I go in store to buy I always see her busy, doing things, in my eyes she is a long tenured harvey’s employee that is very dedicated to her job and serving customers with at most quality. Thank uou Brenda keep up the excellent job!!!!! 😊
