Hey guys be careful for this location it's never open on time today I reach 11 am they did not had poutine and deep fried pickles. And yesterday I visited 10.30 wait up to 11.05 am and Ordered for buffalo chicken poutine and they did not had sauce cashier told me so I did not get it. I order big Harv burger and they did not had cheese. So finally I order Original beef burger and white tall lady was grilling beef on grill and then she served me burnt beef. I show and walked out without food. Horrible place.

Staff is fighting all the time instead of serving customers, No product available, always waiting time is long, Lake of Supervising. Lack of Management. Let me tell you this experience in November December 2023 and yesterday they did not had dipping sauce as well as ketchup packets in morning.
Vegetarian options: There was nothing for vegetarian options no poutine was available or veggie burgers in November December 2023.

Staff are unbelievably rude. About 50% of the time they will ignore your order and write down whatever's easiest for them, same with customizing burgers. The people who work there are constantly glaring, shouting, or dismissing students. It's unbelievable how poor their attitude is.

Staff are nice and the place is nice. Its uni caf so it seems to cost a bit more but I might be wrong. The cheese was not melted on the grill or anything!! which is my biggest issue. I thought that was weird. Thank you for your burger!

Stopped by to this location for lunch because I have eaten at a few different locations. This one seems more peaceful then most. I ordered a Crispy Chicken with a Poutine and Mountain Dew. The Chicken was bigger then I expected and it was good and the Poutine seems to be pretty consistent between locations. I enjoyed it.
