I went for lunch for the first time. This is a HonKing style cafe that retains the HK style in both the food being served and the decoration of the shop. When I walked in, the aroma of fresh baked buns was inviting. The place is quiet, not many customers due to an off-path location. The service is excellent, smiling face and caring services. We were offered extra bowls for sharing food and if need boxes to take the food home. The food is enough to eat and cooked accordingly as should be. The milk tea came with the meal and it was very smooth with the right amount of tea flavor. The price is fair. The only thing I hope will be some small snack dishes or vegetables. That is the reason I take away a star. When finished I ordered take home pineapple buns that is soft and delicious.when I pay, I was trying to grab some changes for tips and I heard the lady says don’t have to pay tips for such good service. I wonder did the others heard it wrong?

Lovely small shop with an amazing fried fish sandwich!
Trying another cha Chan tang in Mississauga area,a kinda of old fashioned restaurant. Their breakfast is huge portion and price is very reasonable. The milk tea is acceptable if you like light tea flavour. The fried chicken leg is surprise, crispy outside and juicy inside, very nice! The satay beef macaroni is just something else. I’m not sure what it is, not satay sauce for sure. Can you guess what the 3rd pic is? It’s black pepper sauce with beef tongue spaghetti. The sauce is worst ever, no black pepper flavor at all.

Hawaii bakery is ine of the favorite place I visit most of the time for a quick, cheap bite. The taste is ok.
The only thing you will mind for first timer is that you need to know what you ordering because t8me is essence. You will reall feel the rush for order.
However, they do deliver food fast, the bakery taste not bad, and the best is their milk tea.
Other things can also be improve like air conditioning( a little warm to sit in), etc. Overall,it is an ok place for quick and easy bite.

This is the first time I visit this restaurant and it certainly will be the last time. I took my kids to this restaurant. A while after we sat, a waitress came to us, told me that it’s cash only, we need to pay tips and each of my kids have to order a meal, they cannot sit there for free without ordering anything. It means that my three year old cannot share a meal with siblings or me…….I understand each restaurant has its own rules but the way she said it was so uncomfortable and demanding. I cannot imaging paying tips to this person after our meal. So we stood up and left.
Did not get a change to try their food. Service is horrible as I described above.
Won’t be here AGAIN!
Cash only and Tips are mandatory here!
My bill was 33 something, and I gave 100, they return the changes back with the coins(want you to pay tip). I took all because I’m having so many coins and want to spend. The waitress saw me took all changes, and said” Hey, you have to pay tip”
I was feeling not comfortable with her attitude.
The food quality is just fair.
After having lunch at a nearby restaurant, I stopped by this place and picked up a Pineapple Bun with Butter and a hot milk tea. The flavors were incredibly satisfying and brought back memories of Hong Kong. The bun was fresh, buttery, and perfectly sweet—absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that the milk tea was a bit small for the price. Overall, a great spot for authentic Hong Kong-style treats, and I’ll definitely be back for more.
I've come to the bakery since I was young so my review will probably be a little biased

Salted fish chicken fried rice are very tasty, all the dishes and prices are reasonable since everything are so expensive these days. Plus the owner only use quality meat and food to serve. If you ask me to complain about his food, I can only say their pineapple bun has no pineapple😂🤪😁
Parking: Safe area, there are only commercial stores, restaurants and business building, no clubs or weed paradises here.

Lunch comes with soup and staple food for about ten yuan, which is very rare nowadays. Note that only cash is accepted.
