Healthy Planet - Mississauga Central

Had a very unhelpful conversation with the Supervisor. I purchased an item after speaking with a very knowledgeable and helpful store Associate. When I got home and open the bottle a couple days later, I found the bottle to be completely empty. Called the store and the Supervisor essentially made me feel as though I was making up the story and he told me they can't look up my purchase even they I know the name if tge Associate I spoke, the time and date I was at the store -- and I'm a loyalty member!? In today's world where everything is tracked, where there are cameras everywhere and where my purchases that evening totalled more than $300 - is truly no way for this Supervisor to have been able to assist me?

Clearly not a Supervisor versed in customer service.

While the circumstances are unusual it's not impossible and I shouldn't be made out to feel like a criminal by the Supervisor.

So I'm out the money from my purchase, don't have the product I went for the first place and now clearly need to shop at a location that might take a little more ownership in supporting a customer beyond just taking my money.

I'll certainly be checking my packages going forward before leaving a store.

Good, solid selection of healthy products.

Wide varieties of healthy food and super food options, We visited it for buying proteins and we found great deals.

Not so friendly or helpful staff, when asked a question, they onky respond with bare minimum...no offer to help explain or compare products. Also, don't understand why prices are cheaper online, on their own website and the cashiers are super quick to tell you they won't adjust or price match themselves...like they enjoy saying NO. Seems like just this location bc the one downtown TO are totally different ...they're very friendly and accommodating. We were about to spend nearly $200 and rheu lost the sale. Will NEVER go back to this location (Hurontario and Eglinton, Mississauga)

Horrible customer service, the cashier didn't even know the return policy. Will never visit again.

Klodeta helped my boyfriend and I find everything we needed for his eczema, she helped us with everything from topical solutions to root issues like dietary needs and plans. She is a very kind woman and very knowledgeable! Fantastic experience, will be coming back.

Great overall selections. Better options compared to other popular health stores. Nice customer service and clean establishment. It was an easy store to navigate through. Not too much clutter and very organized.

Staff surprisingly are knowledgeable about the products they are selling. I'm glad Healthy Planet is available in my neighborhood.

One of my favourite stores. Love all locations as they truly hire great staff who are knowledgeable and very friendly 🥰 and they carry a lot of my favourite products 🤩
