Upon entry, the restaurant had a foul smell. There were also a ton of fruit flies around my food. Service was not good, staff were not welcoming. Food was subpar. Will not be returning.

Service is VERY slow. They don’t come to fill up your water, or grab your finished plates. When we first sat down our cutest was dirty. And the food is not good quality. I know it’s AYCE, but the rice was hard for the sushi.

went here for AYCE lunch on Thursday with my wife, we had previously visited this location multiple times and had a great experience each time. Not sure what has changed in how this place is run, I had the most horrific AYCE experience in my life.

- orders getting lost. a THIRD of our orders did not show up until we called a server over to inquire more than 20 minutes later.
- our server showed us a ticket (covered in soup) asking if this was our order (it wasn't.)
- old fish. Got served a batch of salmon sashimi that clearly tasted off and stringy
- cold food. ordered skewers which arrived fridge-cold to the touch which we had to send back
- ordered a pork cutlet which arrived with no pork in it, only breading - totally flat. (I couldn't make this up.)
- ice cream. After reluctantly calling it a meal and ordering ice cream it did not show up for more than 20 minutes (needing to call a server to ask for it.) Even then only half the ice cream orders arrived and at that point I just asked for the bill.

Sad to say this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in recent memory. Could not even eat much at the AYCE due to the terrible service and just being frustrated with needing to constantly ask about the food. Felt like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares

it's is so slow, terrible service, rude servers. we ordered some apps and it came when we were about to leave. the server we're also pretty rude, she had some favoritism. we didn't get our drink until half way. it's just terrible service all in all. they have a different servers now compared to before and you can tell how much it went downhill from there. it's so bad that the kids around us notices that they don't like working there because of the service we all got. will never go here again.

By far the best sushi all you can eat in the GTA. Fresh food, good service and huge menu. The best: Fresh sashimi/niguiri/tourched salmon. Beef teriyaki, tuna, shrimp tempura, the variety of soups and rolls. They include green tea. After the second round, service slow down but still, very good service.
