Heavenly Sweets completely blew my daughter's birthday cake out of the water. I was incredibly impressed how above and beyond they went on the cake, and it of course tasted amazing!!! The staff are always pleasant, and the ice cream is always good. Thank you so much!!!!

They have dairy-free options! Very yummy, too.

Plenty of selection, they source a local creamery, prices were reasonable the ladies behind the counter were friendly.

Heavenly Sweets makes Dairy Queen look like a dairy joker! Sweet sweetness

2 girls were working. 1 with red hair was on the ball and super friendly. The other was friendly but lacking some customer service skills. She forgot to offer my son a cone with his yogurt. Forgot to give me a cone when I ordered it. Then ran it back through the machine to put it in a cone. Gave me a frozen yogurt that was so runny it was spilling down her arm. It was a liquid blob in a cone which spilled all over as soon as I walked out. Went back in to get napkins and told them why. Was told I left to quickly to be offered anything when i called them to express my concerns. Which may be true. My kids get embarrassed if I have to stop to correct anything. I shouldn't have been given a frozen yogurt that was more a slushy. The young lady with the red hair saved the review because she was super nice and accurate. Otherwise , the customer service from the other girl was not good.

Was very excited about the cake I ordered for my husbands birthday. Got there to pick it up and unfortunately they had forgotten to make it - which I was very understandable about, I get it, mistakes happen! They said they would be able to have it made in 2ish hours if I wanted to come back and I organized my mom/sister to come back to get it as it is a 20 minute drive. I was disappointed that no compensation was offered for this screw up and we had to make an extra trip to town for it and then we’re not able to enjoy it that night at our birthday supper as it was too soft because it was freshly made.
EDIT - moved up from 2-4 starts as the customer service to follow up from this review was great!
