This is a cute little sushi restaurant that I stopped by since I was in the area. I went at lunchtime and they had some lunch specials, which are a decently priced.
The tempura lunch bento is a good option and the food was fresh. The chicken karaage was hot and fresh as well, with very tender chicken. Not too spicy at all. The chicken karaage was shared with 1 person so it ended up being too much food for us so just keep that in mind if you’re ordering it as an appetizer.
Good friendly service here and the restaurant is small but cute inside. You have to go down a narrow set of stairs for the bathroom that’s worth noting if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues. I’d definitely return here when I’m in the area again.

Fresh and high quality sushi. Lots of variety and their platters come with a good ratio of fish to vegetable/vegetarian, it's a great balance compared to other places that include the rolls you typically don't want. The workers are accommodating and patient. Highly recommend, definitely a go-to in this area

I visited Hee Sushi yesterday with my family and ordered the Vancouver boat. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The portion size was great for the price, and the meal also came with miso soup and a veggie salad, which was a nice touch. The restaurant itself is clean and feels fairly new. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return to try more items on their menu.
