Fresh and high quality sushi. Lots of variety and their platters come with a good ratio of fish to vegetable/vegetarian, it's a great balance compared to other places that include the rolls you typically don't want. The workers are accommodating and patient. Highly recommend, definitely a go-to in this area

Lovely dinner with friends, the food was lovely and high quality sushi, fast service even thought they got busy and forgot us by the end (never got a water refill). Would definitely come again.

I visited Hee Sushi yesterday with my family and ordered the Vancouver boat. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The portion size was great for the price, and the meal also came with miso soup and a veggie salad, which was a nice touch. The restaurant itself is clean and feels fairly new. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return to try more items on their menu.
