In the end, I didn't get anything to eat.
I asked for a coffee, and presented my reusable cup.
I was told that due to cross contamination, that they would put the coffee in one of their cups and I could pour it into my cup..lol
I then had the pleasure of 2 (maybe supervisors) who told me I was being unreasonable, when i pushed back on this, and i mentioned all the companies that will happily serve you with your a reusable cup..
Probably because those companies and their staff understand about 'washing hands' and other basic cross contamination prevention measures...
I suppose catching a plane and then also trying to save the planet with a reusable cup is a bit ironic...
Addendum: there is a Starbucks close by, who happily served me and my reusable cup and gave me a discount l...YAY!!

We paid nearly $50 for two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, and a juice. The sandwiches arrived lukewarm. The egg was mildly watery as if it had been microwaved from frozen.

I would be embarrassed to feed this to a friend.

Food is mediocre but Cerika the server is a beautiful ray of sunshine who is an absolute joy to be around. In a busy stressful airport she is happy and outgoing, has clear communication skills and makes you feel like you're already on vacation. Thank you so much for making our time at Pearson enjoyable :)

On May 10, 2025, between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM, I had a terrible experience at this café due to the behavior of a staff member named Leslie. While I was simply looking for a table so I could place an order and dine, Leslie approached me in a surprisingly aggressive manner, assuming I had no intention of purchasing anything. I explained that I did plan to order and mentioned I would prefer to sit at the empty table closest to the café. She abruptly told me I couldn't sit there, offering no explanation until I asked why at which point she snapped that it was reserved for staff, again with a rude and confrontational tone. Her lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was extremely off-putting, and I noticed she displayed similar aggression toward other guests. I even overheard her telling a couple with a young child, “There’s only 40 seats here and 200+ in other areas,” in a dismissive tone. This kind of hostility, especially in a place meant for rest and refreshment, is unacceptable. Travelling is already stressful enough without having to deal with such poor customer service.

I was a little snacky and didn't prepare for that. So I swung by this market to grab a snack for my plane ride.

Prices are a little high but I know that's to be expected in an airport.

$14.99 plus tax for this little sub

However , It was tasty and did the job.

Menu selection was pretty good here. I just went with the quickest I could find.
