Great place to have Fish and Chips. They offer very delicious and hearty servings. Fresh fish and a plenty of chips!
Family owned for over 17 years.
They even offer Family Meal Take Out Specials. Something I will most definitely take advantage of in the future.

Used to go to this place back in 2011 when we were in the woodlands school, and I still haven’t found any better poutine than this one. Still my favourite!!!

It was my first time here. But I have heard about this local legendary fish and chips restaurant owned by a wonderful and hardworking couple for almost 20 years. This place has been around for over 50+ years !!! Is this a legacy or what ? The food must be great and consistent 👍👍.
I witnessed so many regulars coming in and out and the owners knew everyone by name 😊. This place has created a loyal following. This is rare nowadays.
They are embedded and respected within the community and they both support each other.
The food is not hyped up at all. It really good and delicious. And it is expertly crafted 👍.
The food and the service deserves 20 stars 🌟 all day long 🤗.
Happy eats everyone 😎

Reminds me of the F and C places my Dad would frequent when I was younger. Seems like a “Mom and Pop” shop place with great prices, amazing service, awesome home cut fries and the Halibut was super yum. I have been looking for a place closer to home to get F and C so now I have finally found my place. I will return!!! The lady (assuming it is an owner) was very sweet and very customer focused).

Best poutine shop from my childhood, went here for over 10 years. You cant beat poutine with cajun seasoning!
Also, the owners are the nicest people you could meet, always with smiles on their faces and so welcoming.

Great little mom and pops restaurant. Lived in Mississauga for three decades and driven by this place many times and only tried it recently as I was checking out the boardgame store next to it. Boy, have I been missing out all these years! Got haddock and a poutine which was delicious. Shredded cheese instead of curds so authentic poutine enthusiast may be disappointed but I don't mind especially for the price. Service was great as well. Lady behind the counter was sweet and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Henry's fish and chips is an unsuspecting mom and pop shop owned by a lovely couple. Stopped by for a quick meal and ordered the cod and chips. It was fresh and delicious, the batter was light and crispy, the fish was flaky and moist. The coleslaw and gravy were great sides. For the value and taste I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a simple and delicious fish and chips. It's simple, no frills, what you see is what you get and I appreciate that. Delicious, you have to try it.

I learned about this place while searching on Reddit for the best poutine in the city. It's a beloved mom and pop shop that a lot of people have an affinity towards. If you go through past reviews, people have mentioned that they used to eat here back in high school.
While the woman working the cash was really nice and sweet, l'd have to say I don't understand the love for the poutine itself. It's not like the poutine was bad, but it wasn't great either. It was just regular. I understand coming back here and eating the poutine you once had as a kid has that nostalgic factor to it. But if we’re being objective here, the poutine is just mid.
Also, they use shredded cheese instead of cheese curds. Which wasn't an issue for me, but those looking for a traditionally made poutine might want to look elsewhere.
One thing I’ll give for the poutine is they offer a good bang for your buck. I bought a large for just under $9. Anywhere else for that same size would be at least $12.

The best fish n chips spot in Mississauga! Portions are generous and prices are fair. The food is not drenched in oil. The lady working there is very friendly. Highly recommend!!!
