I had not been to this location for a couple years now. First thing you notice, is there is no counter any more. Rather, two self-serve kiosks. These are known to be drastically unhygienic. Behind the opening in the plexi-glass someone offered to take my order. After that, I waited for my food. That's when I started to realize how disgustingly filthy the restaurant was. It was 1:30 in the afternoon, no one in the restaurant, and every table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. You can see the walls in the kitchen looking like they are covered with grease and its just been smeared with a rag. The interior overall is not being maintained. There is a wire sticking out of one wall. Tiles missing on the floorboard. The corner of the wall by the fountain is a pile of rust at the bottom. The two staff working were distracted, one taking a call on her phone and the other one disappearing for a few minutes while my food cooked, rushing back to the grill when she realized.Overall, I am regretting eating the food I was served from here.

What isn't there to say about this place they don't even greet the customers just hide behind the counter they expect u to figure out when ur order is ready they don't call our numbers or have numbers at the kisok they won't even take u at the cashier even if the store is empty its always terrible slow and now the best food always disappointed coming here only come when I'm starving at work and want something different but wow this place sucks so bad ?

It’s nice that they have a few decent vegan options! I do really enjoy the NotCo brand so I prefer coming here. I had the chickun sandwich on ciabatta which was pretty good but I think the oil was old - was a bit dark and heavy tasting.Vegan options are usually pricy at non vegan places… I wish they had some vegan sauces ?

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a burger joint! I was the only customer ordering yet my food felt like it was sitting for a while. The owner at this location needs to take his business seriously! This is ridiculous. You get immigrant workers yet you fail to tell them how to serve your customers the highest quality of food. The best service is at the Derry and McLaughlin location!
Enjoyed the new haddock sandwich, but no way to redeem the points I've earned on previous mobile orders ?

My recent visit to Hero Certified Burgers left much to be desired. The excitement to savor their signature burgers quickly turned sour as I encountered subpar food quality.The burger I received was a letdown right from the start. The mushrooms were clearly past their prime, emitting an off-putting odor and taste, indicating they were expired. The bun, disappointingly, was served cold and lacked the freshness expected from a burger joint of their repute.The combination of expired ingredients and a stale bun made it impossible for me to enjoy the meal. It's concerning when a restaurant neglects basic standards of food freshness and quality, compromising the dining experience.This experience prompts serious doubts about Hero Certified Burgers' commitment to maintaining food safety and quality control. Considering the use of expired ingredients, I feel compelled to report this incident to the appropriate authorities to ensure the safety of future patrons.I sincerely hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for Hero Certified Burgers to reassess their quality assurance practices and prevent such disappointing encounters for their customers.
