Excellent services very good food
Good quality tea. The flavours they have available are very Asian inspired, including persimmon & pomelo drinks. Also the lids are the fanciest lids ever

Hero Tea Mississauga is one of the best bubble tea shops around! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. The store is very clean with a comfortable atmosphere, and the music is at just the right volume — perfect for relaxing, studying, or working on your laptop. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and service is always quick. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Mississauga!

Bad customer service. If you like waiting 40 minutes for a bobble tea, you can try it. They made the wrong order twice. I can understand that new employees are not familiar with it, but please give a good customer service and pay for your mistakes. Instead of letting me wait there indefinitely until I ask and told me forgot to call the number, I need to pay for the different

Good tea but staffs need to also say order number in English as well, not every Asian customer is Chinese or understand Chinese, every time I come they only say order number in Chinese and I ended up have to wait longer because I don't know that my order is ready since I don't speak Chinese.
Love their Peach tea😍
I like their drinks, however the service is quite slow for a bubble tea shop. This could be because it seems like they are always training new staff.
The jasmine oolong is my favourite but it js often sold out.
Not the biggest selection, but they are strong in what they do offer. I'd go back next time I'm in the area.
