Hey Noodles was a nice and small restaurant. Wifey, my daughter from work Nadine and myself went here. Nadine really likes the food. We ordered the Beef brisket with rice noodles soup. I have never ate or had one of these before. I was impressed. It was very good. To tell you the truth, it was better as leftovers. It is popular and people are waiting to get in. The service attitude is very good, the price is cheap, and the closing time is very late. You can refill the noodles for free. Highly recommended!
Been to this noodle place a few times, server is always friendly and helpful. The soup noodle is quite good, I usually would opt for the non spicy and no numbing because even less spicy is too spicy for me.
I particularly like the salty crispy chicken, it's so full of flavor. You can order a bowl of noodle with the salty crispy chicken but I prefer to order a bowl of plain noodle and place a separate order just for the crispy chicken.
Update in Oct. 2024 Salty Crispy Chicken without meat:
I ordered my favorite salty crispy chicken noodle for lunch today, it's a disappointment. Out of the 8 pieces of chicken in the noodle, only one had some real chicken meat in it, the rest have chicken fat , chicken cartilage or even just batter with nothing in it.

Noodles were delicious. We had meat lovers egg noodle and mushroom tomato egg noodle with dumpling. Drinks were ok too. Wait time was not good but it was quite busy when we went (2am) so understandable.

Their network went down while we were there and for some reason they didn't let us order verbally or did they take it down with a paper and pen so we had to wait for it to be back online but other than that the food was amazing.

Hey man where can you get free refills on $8 noodles? Literally no where else- it’s an insane price.
Now you won’t get any protein or toppings but the soup is good enough you don’t really need it. If you do want protein the jump in price is big, but it’s still free refills so it’s worth it ?AND it’s open super late
