This place is always packed. It's a testament as to how good this place really is. The sashimi is fresh and tasty. They literally have the best rice. I know. It's just rice but they make it so good that you notice the difference compared to other places. And the perfection extends to their dishes as well. No fault could be found. The one server was outstanding as she handled the floor and all the customers with grace and a smile. I had a very enjoyable time having lunch...

Hinote is definitely a hidden gem. I have been coming here for years and the food has always been 5 star. My wife and I have done a lot of traveling and I can easily say hinote is incomparable, some of the best sushi we’ve ever had.
I highly recommend this place, very nice staff and amazing food, what more can you ask for.
