Ordered the house fried rice and it was so burnt I barely could stomach a couple of spoons. When I opened the bag when I got home I thought it could be the bag or the wok hey smell but nope. Rice had a very bitter charcoal taste. Im sure they could've smelt it right away but they choose to hide it (tied bag super tight). Should've redone it but now I dont think I will ever order from them again.

I would avoid wasting money and time here. I ordered pork chops, roast porkband BBQ pork. The chops and roast were mostly bone. The BBQ was dried and fatty end cuts. Super expensive for what it is.

nope, never again. the used to sell a decent product but now its just garbage like something you would see in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.
Ordered a large tray of fried rice here for a birthday, when we got home the fried rice was sour and had an off smell. When we returned it to the shop they said they will give us a store credit because they don’t do refunds. Came back with the store credit to order food and I was told I can’t use this because they don’t do store credit and was supposed to give me money back, but the person that gave it to me doesn’t work there anymore. Old lady there also yelled at me for no reason saying that they never do this. I didn’t argue just left with the food already made and sitting there. Horrible customer service. They used to be good but now food has fell off and service is not up to par.

The delivery was surprising and disappointing. No forks, no spoons, no knives! The noodles were mostly undercooked! Overall, the sensations were unpleasant.
