I was originally a fan when this place first opened but it seems to have gone downhill in terms of consistency and available items. I always order the passion fruit lemon yakult lately and it’s not consistent. First few times were great but then lately been watered down. Today I didn’t even have lemons in it. They put oranges instead and said nothing about the substitute. The drink literally is a lemon drink…they replaced the jelly in it with a different jelly too. When I first ordered this, they said no substitutes and now they’re unilaterally doing it. Disappointing. They also never have the oat drink despite having advertised posters and always say it’s sold out. It’s been two months of asking…

The place is very nice and aesthetically pleasing, but the service is terrible. Despite being Asian themselves, the staff members display a rude attitude to other asian ethnicities. Personally, it felt that way quite a lot when the workers practically ignored us for 10 minutes despite us standing in front of the counter and making eye contact with them multiple times.Then, finally, when taking our order—it felt as if they were doing us a favour by taking our orders and the inclination that we were not wanted there. Although I understand that their attentions are divided with high volumes of order, it does not make sense as to why their attitudes towards other like-individuals (ethnicity wise) was extremely efficient, fast, and positive.Overall, the food quality and place is definitely good, but the service needs to improve—tremendously!

my absolute favourite bubble tea spot! i wish they had more spots. nothing compares to their mango drinks!! the service is good, they are always polite, and the inside is cute and atmospheric. their drink sizes are also super big lol i would suggest making longer straws.

This place is a definite go-to in the area when I'm craving Asian style fruit desserts or want to show my non-local friends something unique and yummy. So far, this place has not disappointed and has been a hit with my friends. My fav dessert here is by far the mango pomelo sago - super refreshing and tasty especially during the summer months. I'm also a big fan of the taro purple rice they have in some of their desserts and the mochi. I'm a huge fan of this place and a frequent visitor!
