Placed an order on call . The lady whom I spoke to was super sweet and helpful.

I was suggested this place by my daughter's friend and I see why. Lovely servers great customer service. I loved that they smiled. And drinks were amazing. I actually can go on record to say they have one of the most amazing recipes and customer service.

Best selection in blended ice drinks. Overall my favourite boba spot.

There's a reason why this tiny Boba shop always has a line up when you go there. It's that good! Doesn't matter what you order, its made fresh. I also recommend their Vietnamese sandwiches. Excellent!

Got the avocado smoothie and it was delicious. Great customer service and there was a really pretty girl working there but I didn’t ask for her name such a shame. Guess I’ll have to come back again sometimes 😗

I did a door dash order for a few drinks because I had a few guests over and they only sent me a partial order. They gave me a refund and told me some of the drinks were sold out. Why not grey out items from the menui that are sold out or call the customer and ask if they would like a replacement drink? This is the protocol normally followed by other establishments.

I was disappointed because I had to figure out an alternate plan for the drinks.

I gave them a second chance and ordered drinks one of which was the Boba Cream Tea and it was flavorless. I ordered them without ice and the drinks were packed with ice. Also the toppings were given to us in a separate cup which ruined the whole experience.

The point of choosing the toppings is so you could have it together with your drink. If the toppings could not fit the drink they should have a max number of toppings that can be selected. Also had they ommited the ice like I originally wanted, I'm sure most of the toppings could have fit.

While the tapioca was flavorless, the mango jelly and pudding was quite good. But that's still not enough to keep me as a customer, from now on I'm going to stick to my regular spot for bubble tea.

Yesterday, i ordered a Mango Smoothie at Meadowvale location. It was made of Mango Powder and Milk powder. NO natural ingredients in it.

I recently discovered the joy of bubble tea at I Heart Boba in Mississauga. My first taste of their classic bubble tea was an absolute delight! The chewy tapioca pearls paired perfectly with the sweet, creamy tea. It was a refreshing and satisfying treat. I can definitely see myself becoming a regular customer.

With its extensive menu featuring a variety of teas at the shop, milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies, there's something to satisfy every craving.

Unfortunately, the shop itself is quite small and lacks any seating area.

First time going there and very surprised at how affordable the drinks are. They have one size (size is equivalent to a medium fountain drink at McDonald’s) and only cost 6.38 which would normally be 7 or 8 dollars for a small “regular” size at somewhere like chattime or cocoa. They also have drinks of the day that come 20% off. I got the Thai tea with boba and it has the perfect sweetness. I will be back next time to try the boba cream tea

Superior bubble tea place!! Have tried many drinks here and they’ve all been great. Love that they still do the loyalty cards for free drinks, it keeps us coming back. Unlike Real Fruit that switched to a ridiculous point-based reward system. Hope they don’t get rid of it!
