My friends and I visited IceCoal a couple of nights ago. As many reviewers have pointed out, the owner is a young, humble, and genuinely down-to-earth person. Unfortunately, my friends—bless their half-functioning brains—managed to get confused over something. I had to return the next day to clear it up.
I’ve got to say: I’ve never seen anyone handle criticism as gracefully as the owner did. Turns out it wasn’t even their mistake, it was my friends’, who collectively have the decision-making skills of a squirrel crossing six lanes of traffic.
To the owner: my apologies for the mix-up and for being a bit stern when clarifying. You handled it with class, and I wish you the best in your continued success.

A special shoutout to our wonderful host, Manpreet, and Srishti, who went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. She truly gave us a 5-star experience.
