Terrible experience I had this evening around 7.30 pm. I ordered two simple drinks, and waited over 15 minutes for them. The restaurant wasn’t even busy there were only two other customers, and three employees standing around behind the counter. When I asked how long my order would take, they just completely ignored and I was still waiting for my order, when my drinks were finally made, the employee just left it sitting on the counter and went to take other customers order instead of handing them to me, then I again asked the employee “am I getting my drink?” employee picked up my drink and slammed it on the counter with a rude attitude. Do these employees even know what customer service is? It takes the bare minimum to be nice, customers are paying for their food, not getting it for free. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Did delivery twice. First time I never got my food because of the uber driver gave it to someone else and I got a wrong order (ended up getting a refund and ordering again the next day and it was amazing!!)

I had high expectations for imPerfect Fresh Eats as I frequent another location in Toronto. Unfortunately after my experience here today it is evident that the quality of the food is not consistent across the brand. I order a custom bowl with charred chicken and was given 3 measly pieces of chicken. Aside from that they skimped on ingredients like spinach and rice, the base of the salad, which you would think they wouldn't.
If you value your time and money I would highly suggest avoiding this establishment and opting for other options in the Food District.

We ate here for lunch during a brief weekend stay in Mississauga and enjoyed it so much that we came back for all other meals we ate during our stay.

We really liked the Signature Bowls (Hungry Buddha and Chipotle Chicken) so we came back and got some more for our friends. Then I saw the smoothie section and had to try them as well. We loooved them as much as the food bowls. The Cute Pictures on the Lid are a nice bonus.
The Team was very friendly to us and we felt very welcome. Sadly we were only a few days around but we hope our review will help others to find a healthy alternative they won't regret :)

Not a bad location. Generous with the portions and follow instructions well. Tasty but mushrooms a bit lacking. Size is decent, but not for the price. In the food district so lots of good vibes around but nowhere to sit.

imPerfect Fresh Eats is hands down one of my favorite spots for delicious, fresh, and high-quality food. Every time I visit, I am blown away by the amazing flavors and ingredients used in their dishes.
Not only is the food top-notch, but the service is also excellent. It has always been such a positive experience each time I visit.
I love that imPerfect Fresh Eats offers a variety of healthy options that are both satisfying and nourishing. It has become my number one choice for when I want to eat well without sacrificing taste. As an individual on a health journey, imPerfect Fresh Eats has become my go to. When they say the hot honey chicken is spicy, sweet and addictive, they are speaking the truth! There are countless combinations to be had and you will never run out of options!
If you're looking for a restaurant that serves up incredible food in a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than imPerfect Fresh Eats. I cannot recommend this place enough!
