Jack Astor's Bar & Grill Dundas & 403

Visited this location with my family, 6 in total. I had smokey burger which was great. However, the salad & bowl menus were generally underwhelming. I would recommend to get either burgers or main pastas. The server, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful.

We haven't go to Jack Astor for over 10 years, it was a great experience when we visited this time and the menu also very great, definitely we will return again.

Food was not as good as usual. Burger burnt and calamari were really greasy. Food has been better before. Husband was disappointed

Had a great dinner at Jack Astor's. The bacon cheese Burger was juicy and flavorful, with crispy fries that hit the spot. Service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere had a fun, upbeat vibe. A solid choice for a relaxed evening out—would definitely return.

Lisa is amazing, we always ask for her. She's friendly and personable with us and she knows our family and our food preferences.

Server was outstanding. Pierce was excellent tonight delivering top notch service. Despite the restaurant being really busy tonight - he kept the customers happy. Two other items that I was really disappointed with was the lack of heat with the food and portions. When a restaurant is really busy the kitchen needs to be organized and I felt this was a downfall tonight. Have a look at the size of the chicken fingers. Fries were cold, chicken fingers were cold. The second set of fries brought out were cold. It's pointless complaining! We were straightforward with the hostess that we were not in a rush and we were looking forward to a good meal that didn't pan out. Lastly, absolutely disappointed with the management on duty tonight. I had an issue with my inspired dining rewards - it wasn't resolved and I should've just talked to the wall; sorry it wasn't addressed at all and just being honest. My advice to customers if you have a reservation and you show up and you are told by the hostess that's it's really busy - just leave and find another place because you'll just be disappointed.

If you’re a table of 7+ with a child, you likely won’t get seated all together. They only have 1 table that fits more than 6 including a high chair. Unfortunately I had to carry my baby the entire time I was eating because they only had one table at the bar that could accommodate 8, and the ONE table that fits more than 6 was already taken- even though we had a reservation. Disappointed to say the least. Otherwise, food was alright.

Felix was an amazing Server and met customers every needs. When visiting Jack Astor's Dundas definitely try and seat with him. He brings a funny and organized atmosphere with him even when his whole section was full. Thanks felix for great service!

What an amazing spot! I ordered the fish tacos and they were sooo good! Our server Jillian, was so kind and patient when taking our orders. I will be definitely coming back to this location.
