The employees are VERY rude! Do their own stuff making me wait with anxious baby, taking other customers before me for speaking out. I was a loyal customer for 2 years, trying to ignore their rudeness because the bread is indeed good. However few times I found a piece of plastic in the bread. But looking at the ceiling that is obviously leaking, seeing employees touching food with bare hands, and now yelling at me and ignoring me with anxious child, that was the last straw. This is no way to run the business. I won't be surprised if the place closes in a year or two. Basic customer service and manner, cleanliness is truly what this place needs.

Cheesecake here are very tasty and not overly sweet. It is moist and fresh tasting. They sell other European pasties with custard and breads. They sell ice cream and sandwiches cut fresh from slicer.

Since you took over the bakery, everything has been going wrong. The customer is not stupid and sees that prices have gone up by 100%!!!! Poppy seed cake is $10???? People! Who can afford it, so there are old ones lying around. The cakes are so expensive and so heavy that you probably hide stones there? 🤦🏼♀️ I bought a piece for 2 people and also $11!!! That's why the counters are empty and there's nothing in them!🤷🏼♀️ sweet rolls…. With cheese…. The price went up three times... and the cheese went up three times less. I bought them for the last time... because you can't eat dry cake, not fresh even with cheese 🤷🏼♀️. SHAME AND DISGRACE!!🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

I was there 3-4 weeks ago and the old lady that was taking my order for what pastry I wanted was veryyyy rude she acted like a no-it-all and gave me so muchhh attitude. If you are planning on buying from this bakery I would recommend going somewhere else. I ended up ordering a tiramisu and honestly it was very dry and bad for the amount I paid. On top of that, she was acting like I couldn’t read and was making me feel dumb for asking questions on how much a piece would be and the fact that I couldn’t read on the little board beside the pastry that it was per 100 g when it was written soo small. Anyways, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I like everything about this bakery I just don't know why they need to have a rude manager. Employees are not as friendly When ever she's there. The older cashier lady that wears the glasses is actually a sweet respectful person.
Manager Jagoda is very unprofessional.She was mad at me and absolutely disrespectful when I asked her about some Russian products. Felt like she was trying to scam me. Horrible impression, never coming back because of this woman!

I called thursday evening asking to place an order for a cake for the next day. I asked if it was too late and the lady said no. So I did. I got a three flavoured cake which was stale and old and was definitely not made fresh for my order but was likely something they had on display. Very disappointed
