Terrible service and rude too. Tomatoes in the salad in were in pulp like from a can. Quality and quantity is low. Other Locations include a small ztatziki sauce on purchase of any side or a dinner meal here they charge extra. Worst location. Certainly not recommended.

One thing that did surprise me, though, was being charged for a plate. I understand certain policies, but I think offering a simple plate especially when someone just needs one to eat should be an easy yes. It’s a small gesture that adds to the overall customer experience. Still, if you’re in the Dixie Mall food court and want something satisfying without feeling weighed down, this is a good option to check out. Fresh salad is always a bonus

Vegetarian Perspective on This Greek-Style Takeout Spot
This is a Greek-style takeout restaurant commonly found in major malls (sq1, dixie and vaughan mills). As a vegetarian, I’ve tried their veggie meal — which typically includes rice, a basic salad, and roasted potatoes. While the potatoes are well done, the rice feels bland for an Indian palate, and the veggie portion is minimal.
Though their website lists items like spinach cheese pie, dolmades, and grilled veggie souvlaki, I’ve never seen them available — I’m always told only the standard veggie meal is offered. Maybe it’s a timing issue, but it’s a letdown.
It’s a decent place for a filling meal on the go, but if I’m looking for real value, I’d still choose Chipotle over this.

Jimmy the greek is always my go to for roast chicken dinner. Unfortunately, this location food quality is terrible. Chicken is awfully dry, red sauce is watery, salad is salty even without the olives. Sherway gardens keeps up with their quality. I’m Never coming back at Dixie mall for Jimmy anymore.

This is not the first time I am having the Souvlaki chicken meal. The lady was least interested in making the bowl and the quantity was not at all satisfying. Filled the bowl with lettuce so that she didn't have to add on other things. Worst experience.

Pathetic place, pathetic service. Bought a falafel pita wrap & it was disgusting. Falafel were tasteless and dry. The server didn't know how to roll the wrap and kept it open. Will never visit again.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken dinner and requested more salad with less rice. Instead, the server gave me more salad but no rice at all. When I asked about it, she said there wasn’t enough space and started arguing with me. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied with the service. Poor customer service at 20.10.2024
