Pathetic place, pathetic service. Bought a falafel pita wrap & it was disgusting. Falafel were tasteless and dry. The server didn't know how to roll the wrap and kept it open. Will never visit again.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken dinner and requested more salad with less rice. Instead, the server gave me more salad but no rice at all. When I asked about it, she said there wasn’t enough space and started arguing with me. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied with the service. Decided to treat myself to a chicken dinner. Arrived at the counter, a guy playing with the rice then finally acknowledge me and said something, could not hear a word, I asked for a chicken dinner without potatoes and please more salad and I all I got was attitude plus the tiniest salad he was trying to give me. I walked away, then the guy said, "what do you want!!!? Ok walk away!"Really!?

I ordered the lamb with potatoes and salad … it was well cooked but …when you serve the salad under the rice and the meat and the potatoes… it gets mushy … I would advise to serve them separately if it is possible… have the salad in a separate container

Went to Jimmy the Greek today at Dixie mall and myself and a friend were just about to order when I looked over at the rice and saw a cockroach crawling across the rice, I told the lady that I changed my mind due to seeing a roach and her response was ok no problem that was it. Never ever eat there I also took a picture wish I could share it here

STAY AWAY! This place is bottom of the bin garbage - just TRASH! No extra plates, no extra cutlery, no extra napkins??? Like seriously? I literally went to another business and got these items for free without even having to order. I WAS ASTONISHED THIS PLACE IS EVEN IN BUSINESS. Granted there was no line, I should have been warned. Will be ordering from Manchu Wok instead next time. What a sad business. You gain more customers with honey instead of vinegar. Retrain your staff and re-analyze your customer service model... if you even have one.
