Very normal to wait 20+ mins for the meal as the answer is always waiting for the fried chicken, even in non busy lunch hours. Unacceptable for a fried chicken fast food chain.

We stopped by on our way back to USA at Square one jollibee. We purchased a total of $148 to bring home. My daughter ordered 12 pcs of peach mango pie but when we got home we’ve found out we only got 6pcs. Can’t go back to Canada for a pie. A huge disappointment. I didn’t bother to check when we got the order because it was already packed “nicely” for to go.
