I’ve only visited twice and both times I had issues with the service. The first time I paid for a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. The most recent time I visited, I’m pretty sure they forgot about my order. We waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches and I had to ask the staff how long the wait was going to be around the 20 minute mark in order to speed things up. Even though the customer service isn’t great, I still think the food is amazing.
Totally not worth it. Paid a lot for a bucket of chicken and burger steak but no rice, no fries, no drinks included. Look at the burger steak all gravy!
The cashier didn’t even mention it — like, a heads-up would’ve been nice! Rice is crazy expensive too. Honestly, very disappointing spending $130!

We ordered in Uber eats twice and we both get bad experience.
At first we ordered half original and half spicy for the chicken bucket but they all gave us spicy, poor children did not eat anything.
Second, we ordered 6pcs bucket and they only gave us 5 pcs.
I know we cant do much while we ordered in Uber eats but we are paying the exact amount. Please do good service.
