I’ve only visited twice and both times I had issues with the service. The first time I paid for a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. The most recent time I visited, I’m pretty sure they forgot about my order. We waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches and I had to ask the staff how long the wait was going to be around the 20 minute mark in order to speed things up. Even though the customer service isn’t great, I still think the food...

It was my first visit to Jollibee. The staff made you feel comfortable and friendly. The service was fast and exact. The food was very crispy and spicy which I enjoyed very much. I would highly recommend it.
