Always have a good experience at this Jolibee, whether it be dine-in or takeout. The tables are cleaned promptly and staff is approachable.

My favorite place on Friday evenings! The chicken is really crunchy and deliecious especially the spicy ones. The chicken fry comes with a sauce which is the best. Also can get rice or spaghetti with meat balls/sausage chunks or fries as sides. I would recommend trying the pineapple drink as well

Worst customer service. Like I’d rather order from a screen than waste my time talking to the staff there. Went to their location wanted to order 3 Pc spicy combo. Cashier would refuse to give me more than 2 Pcs. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A MOUNTAIN OF CHICKEN BEHIND HER. Tried to understand why she won’t let me order more… literally 0 communication skills.

I just walked away. I’d rather not give my money to places like this.

I don’t know what happened to this franchise. Basically if a customer called you out on a mistake of a missing item that we have paid for, just apologize and admit to it. Instead, I was called out and saying that it is in my bag. I really need to bring the back the bag just to prove to you it’s not there? (Which i did) Over a $3 item? Give me a break.
