First timer here. Let me say ... anytime I can't hold a piece of chicken in my hand because it's hot with heat and the skin is falling off (especially the drum stick). I'm sold. The outside was CRISPY! The inside was soft and tasty. I find that many places concentrate on the out and forget the in. i like that staff come to you in the line to take orders on their tablets. The place was FULL but we didn't have to wait too long. I could only eat my mashed potatoes and some fries which I dipped into the mash. Don't hate me LOL had to take home the chicken. I was too full after my drink.

Make sure you check your orders. This location has missed my sides a lot including missing adobo rice on my last visit.
Also, the location is waaaay too small for dine-in.

After this location messed up my order a few weeks ago by forgetting 1 of my 2 side dishes. And the Brampton location messed my order 1 month ago by forgetting to pack both burgers that we were charged for. I decided to give this chain a third chance. Big mistake !!!! Again they packed my order incorrectly by forgetting to pack both of my side dishes. I get that perhaps I should have double checked to make sure everything was there. But... is it really the customers responsibility to make sure our orders are correct ? I think not ! Its a simple fast food order (that we as customers) expect this chain to delivery correctly. We are not expecting them to solve a complex quantum physics equations. So after this third chance failure, I get home to find half of my diner missing, ended up eating my half packed order meal, cooking up myself the missing side dishes, to end my night comfortably. Perhaps the standards in the Phillepines are different. But her in Canada, we atleast expect to recieve what we ordered and paid for. I think that may be too much to ask for from Jollibee. Buyer beware, check your order, compare to your reciept. Make sure you get what you paid for. Seams like another corporate tactic to increase their profit margins by providing half of what the customer pays for. Shame on Jollibee for failing such a simple task, or padding Franchisee pockets wit such deceptive practices/policies!

I had 3 piece spicy chicken meal with pineapple quencher and fries side. Chicken was pretty good, not too greasy and good amount of crisp.
They don’t seem to have an adequate plan of execution to serve during a regular lunch hour walk in at this location. It took 22 minutes from payment to receiving the meal. When I walked in, there was only myself and another customer who also waited the same amount of time as I did. They seem to queue early orders and not start them until they have enough orders to do a large batch. A more acceptable SLA for an order of my size should be 8-12 minutes.

One of the best chicken fast food places, price is good for the quality, spicy chicken and mashed potatoes recommended.
I had Jollibee recently, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The food was way better than I expected — honestly, almost as good as Chick-fil-A, which is saying a lot. The chicken was crispy on the outside, super juicy inside, and packed with flavour. The gravy and sides just made it even better.
Service was fast and friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The place had a fun, upbeat vibe, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
If you’re craving great fried chicken and want something a little different, Jollibee is definitely worth the stop. I’ll be back for sure!
