unforchently this was our go to sushi place untill last night. we came for dinner and we were all enjoying our dinner untill we had roaches come crawling over our table. i quietly got up to speak with a manager to let her know, and the customer service i got i was very shocked. its like it was normal. not only did she not care she offered 20% off my bill and said oh we can bring you out a new food. we were all disgusted and told her no we dont even want to eat here. - will never go back here again, not even an apology.

Food is ok but very bad attitude. Zero to the customer service one of the lady server even questioning what food we ordering. Hospitality to foreign guests is warm, but Chinese guests are indifferent and indifferent. If there is a negative score option, one star would be too much.
