The atmosphere and the taste of food was amazing, the shrimps were delicious and fresh. The servers takes a while to take our order, other than that everything was excellent.

We came from Toronto to try KB sushi for lunch. (We called in advance and they told us that lunch is till 4:00pm) We were in the restaurant right at 2:57 pm. No one was at the door. But right after 3:00 server name David showed up and told us that they are not serving lunch menu, since we came in after 3:00. He told me that even for 1 minute late they charge dinner menu..
I was really frustrated and upset for the disgusting hospitality.. and cheap customer service they provide.. i spoke to another lady who was ok to charge me lunch fee, but i refuse to stay and not accept the service.
I will never go to this place or any other kb sushi locations , and tell everyone how horrible their customer policies are..
PS: you guys gotta train your employees cos they are making you lose money!!

However, I was disappointed to learn that the red tuna and scallop sashimi were limited to just 14 pieces. I had been recommending your restaurant to friends with high expectations, so it was unfortunate that this aspect of the experience did not meet the standard I had anticipated.

I brought my friend here it was Friday night dinner all you can eat.but it was big disappointed because the food served to us was old and taste bad.i was embarrassed by my friend because I thought the food was always fresh But it wasn't.$39 per head plus tax plus tip Very disappointed ?

unforchently this was our go to sushi place untill last night. we came for dinner and we were all enjoying our dinner untill we had roaches come crawling over our table. i quietly got up to speak with a manager to let her know, and the customer service i got i was very shocked. its like it was normal. not only did she not care she offered 20% off my bill and said oh we can bring you out a new food. we were all disgusted and told her no we dont even want to eat here. - will never go back here again, not even an apology.

The quality control is very poor. The edamame is undercooked. The squid is overcooked and tastes hard. Isn’t the tom yum soup red? The color is like miso soup. Salmon tt is full of fishy smell
