Yesterday I visited K Pocha Korean Restaurant in Mississauga, excited to indulge in some authentic Korean cuisine. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment I stepped inside, I did not feel welcomed—a sentiment that only grew stronger throughout my visit.
I ordered chicken half and half soju and snow fries. While the food was just okay, the service was where things really fell apart. Despite receiving all my food, my drinks still had not arrived, and repeated requests went largely ignored. When I asked for kimchi, it was never served, which felt particularly dismissive.
When I brought up my discomfort and mentioned to the staff that I didn’t feel welcomed, they didn’t seem to care at all. As an Indian customer, I couldn’t help but smell racism in how we were treated. If Indians or other communities are not welcome, it would be more transparent to display a sign stating as much, rather than subjecting paying customers to poor and disrespectful service.
I came for a meal I was willing to pay for, not for a free handout. Sadly, I will not be returning to this establishment. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the staff and management to treat all customers with respect and courtesy.

Came here pretty late with a friend, probably 10 pm or so. It was fairly empty so we got a booth quickly and ordered the following:
- Spicy Rice Cake (mild spicy, seafood with cheese). I ordered this and was happy with the toppings and rice cake itself was huge.
- Spicy Rice Cake (medium spicy, vegetarian added ramen noodles and cheese). My friend ordered this. First time trying Korean food as well. They said definitely heat there, that builds over time. Really liked it.
- Kimchi Pancake. My friend also ordered this but it’s a huge dish. Can easily feed 2-3 people! I thought it was really good, the batter was light but crispy.
Overall, randomly chose this place because it was one of the few restaurants open late night and it was so good! Staff were fast and you can call them to order by pressing a button by the desk. I was surprised by the big portions and love the vibe. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are in the area.

K-Pocha in Mississauga offers a fantastic Korean dining experience. We tried the Snowing Fries, topped with sweet cheese powder, and the Korean spicy fried chicken—both were delicious, with generous portions. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. The prices are affordable, making it a great value for authentic flavors. Highly recommended for Korean food lovers!

Second time at K-Pocha, the chicken was good but we wish it was cooked a little more but I still like it!
The snow fries was the best fries I had in long time ❤️❤️ I wish they can sell some of the spices and the cheese they use for it !
The staff were nice and welcoming thank you ?

It was my first time trying the food in this place and it was a hidden gem indeed! The service and food were excellent! The portions were great and everything tasted fresh and super delicious! The snowing seasoning on fries was very unique, i highly recommend trying it. We also had ramen with Tteok-bokki and cheese and it was crazy good! I honestly recommend everything on the menu. Will definitely come back to try the fried chicken.

I really paid $14 for half a box of fries. Are these the ones that make you immune to Covid?
food is good but expensive for the fried chicken, even when you see the vibe of the place

Nice place to hang out and grab a few drinks and get messy with some double fried Korean chicken. The Snow seasoning was a new one for me, and I really like the different, mellow, flavor.

The restaurant is not big and is busy. The food, especially fried chicken, is great and famous. If the service could be more friendly, I am sure it would get better rating.
In general, this is an above average Korean fried chicken restaurant. Other Korean dishes are kind of alright.
Price has been increased while portion reminds as same before.
They serve one-time chopsticks for dine-in, and I think it is not environmentally friendly.

Great food.
Removed star for lackluster service
Edit: seems like they have changed their chicken sauce recipe and it doesn't taste as good anymore.

Ordered 2 pounds of snowy chicken and it was hard as a rock plus it had a leg piece that appears like it has a bite on it covered by the powder. On top of that, it was barely even a pound of chicken. This is disgusting and embarrassing as we are paying for their food and this is what we get? The only compensation they offered was a refund. What will a refund do if we get sick because of this garbage they serve? Hopefully people become aware if this because it may have happened before but is just un-noticed
