Ridiculously aweful experience , does not understand dietary preference.
They told me they serve jain food but the food contains onion and when they sent me a replacement even that has onion. Upon complaining they do no accept their fault and tell it was tomato as if one does not understand the difference between the two.
Worst place with equally worse customer service , no manners to even talk with the customer even when they are wrong
We visited there today with my family, on the recommendation of a friend. The food was great and staff was friendly. The ambiance was lovely, not noisy at all. We ordered Mojotos, Paneer tikka, Schezwan fried rice & chilly paneer with Schezwan Hakka Noodles. Everything was tasty and matched our expectations. Will be surely revisiting soon.

What was once a “go to” place with a great multi cuisine menu is now a tired and run-down location serving mediocre tasting dishes and forgettable service. KP has fallen down dramatically in recent times specially their party hall. Chairs with broken backs, tables with wobbly legs, floors with sticky feel - and don’t you dare look up. You’re sure to see cobwebs. This place needs a Reno and a refresh if it wants to survive in the ever evolving and competitive Indian food scene in Brampton/Mississauga area.

The food was really good but the service was slow due to a party. Also, we left because the people attending the party this evening were too loud. We ended up eating starters and took food to go for our main dinner because we couldn’t stand how loud it was. The people were screaming.

This was our second time at kalaish
parbat and i must say this time food was horrible, we ordered paav bhaaji which tasted really bad. Paav’s had too much oil. Chole bhature were not at all good. Consistency of chana’s were almost like having water and chana separately. The first time we went we really liked the food but this time it was disappointment. Kindly recheck your food taste and quality as well.

Excellent food. The staff was very friendly. Club sandwich is must try. Divyenshu was very kind and understood our food specifications correctly.
Food was too spicy but atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was really nice too and offered to give us alternatives since we couldn’t eat our food.

Restaurantji Recommends
This restaurant has made my experiences worse each time I visit.
They don't have sound proofing to cut the sound of their next door party room. And glass walls between let the party lights interrupt your pleasant family/friends dinner.
Their services deteriorated on the dine-in side during the party. Single server handling everything. They goofed up so many times for table allocation that Instead of getting me a straight forward table in 15 mins, i had to keep waiting for 45+ mins.

The quality of food is good. But the taste is NOT WOW. It used to be really tasty 4-5 years earlier, not any more. Bhatura over Oily, Watery chana, sticky veggie pulav and no flavours and many more.
To summarize they just have that franchise name that shall attract customers however I would NOT recommend this restaurant for tasty food. Pleanty other choice with amazing taste and less pricey.

We were recommended this place, but unfortunately, it was the worst experience we’ve had so far. The atmosphere was disappointing, with music that was far too loud. The service was terrible – we waited over an hour, and our food still hadn’t arrived. Plates weren’t cleared, and cutlery wasn’t provided. Everyone around us seemed to be waiting for their food as well. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

This was recommended to us. I must say worst experience of ours till now for the food, service and specifically atmosphere. The music was too loud. The food wasn’t served even after an hr. They didn’t clean the plates, cutlery wasn’t served. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting for the food since long. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Mark & I arrived at 7:30 on a Friday, half the tables were available ??
Devanshu, the waiter (manager), is very pleasant, helpful, patient and quick offering great service ☺️
The only downside is that we can't make reservations unless we have at least five people.
Vegetarian options: All veg
Dietary restrictions: Almost everything can be made without onions & garlic :)
Many dishes have lactose.
The kulchu aloo (similar to paratha) and chole bhatura were fresh & delicious.
I'll try the Palak paneer next time :)

I like to drop by this location whenever I can. Good food and service. We also celebrated our son's bday party here. Great party hall. Devanshu was very helpful to organize our party.
