Nice AYCE Sushi place. Not too crowded, and the service is very good. Each time we have come here the restaurant smells nice and fresh. I enjoy the tempura here. It always arrives hot and crispy, not like some other AYCE places. We usually come here for lunch as the price point fits our budget. The portion sizes are very reasonable and the orders come at a good pace.

The bathroom is nice and clean, too, and does not have any unpleasant odor.

I'm a frequent here all the time to get my sushi fix in Mississauga, I also drag my friends! It's one of the only AYCE places that offers scallop, ika, and sweet shrimp as sashimi options! They have weekday discounts for dinner!

I’ve been going here over 4 years now and haven’t had the chance to make a review so here goes. The food is always fresh and amazing, selections are really good and the restaurant itself is never too busy atleast when I go and it’s always a great atmosphere. There’s so much more I could say but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Just know i go here once or twice every month.

Great value for what you pay for! Their lunchtime special is very reasonably priced. Service was fast and attentive. Any requests that we had were serviced swiftly (refills on water, wasabi, and ginger).
My favourite is salmon, and the quality was really good! Quantity of salmon was also generous.

The food here is great considering the price compared to other ayce restaurants. Service is also good and the atmosphere is more quiet. You should try this place.

I normally dont do bad reviews unless really needed to share. Many other people have posted similar nasty reviews in here.

Disgusting food. I got sick right after eating. Even the rice isnt seasoned well. Its not even sushi rice, they use some soft cooked basmati like rice.
Fish not fresh at all.
The texture of a fresh fish should be soft and buttery but their fish are chewy and dense as if its old inventory.

Me and my friend dined for AYCE last night 02 Aug 2025.
The Sashimis were chewy and had a weird after taste to them. We immediately knew something would happen afterwards.

I got Diarrhoea and cramping this morning.

The sushi rolls nothing spectacular. Very basic. No balance of taste.
Even the mango pulp used on a roll felt rancid.

Edit: we also got the pork siumai and for the first time i tasted bland hard pork.
Atleast season the food well.

Tempuras - soggy and dense. Not crispy and fresh.
Calamari - clearly double or triple fried because it was super dark and oil soaked.
Torched rolls - the sauce on them has a weird aftertaste. Rice too soft and felt apart.

Only 3 tables including ours were occupied on the prime saturday evening at 7:45pm.
The place was so dead.

Last but not the least - cant even say if the green tea ice cream was good quality. Because i have absolutely had much better green tea ice cream at other sushi places.

This had no proper green tea flavour and probably was a low grade one.

Go at your own risk if you want to risk easting chewy smelly sashimis.

A Hidden Gem for Sushi Lovers in Ontario 🍣

I’ve been coming to Kanda Sushi almost every week for years, and it’s hands-down the best sushi spot in Ontario when it comes to price, quality, and quantity. Their all-you-can-eat menu is unbeatable—no other place I’ve tried even comes close.

This is the place that turned me into a salmon sushi addict, and despite trying other restaurants like K&B or 168 (which are admittedly better located), I always find myself coming back here. The fact that it’s never overcrowded is a huge bonus these days—it’s peaceful, reliable, and consistently delicious.

If you’re looking for incredible sushi without the chaos or inflated prices, Kanda Sushi is the place to be.

I used Kanda Sushi for my wedding 14 years ago and they did a great job. I moved out of the city and one day just went to this restaurant not remembering anything, yet the owner still remembers my wedding event, it was a pleasant surprise! That tells you a lot about customer service ❤️ Thank you Kanda Sushi, I will come back!

The food is honestly amazing! This is my top spot for sushi, and my family and I have been coming here for years. The restaurant has a calm, nice atmosphere and it’s usually pretty quiet, which I like. The manager is also really nice. The food is always fresh and the quality is great every time. Prices are fair too, especially compared to other places. I recommend this place all the time; it definitely deserves better reviews!
