They are selling distasteful burnt food.
Reasonable price and good taste ✔
I used to be a huge fan of their bbq food, but not any more. Had an awful experience yesterday. Had to wait for 1 hr 25 minutes for a small order. And finally when order came it was cold as if it was taken out right from the fridge. Not only cold but they gave me the wrong item as well.
I hope owners are still over seeing the operations and checking on the staff /customer service and quality of food
