Need to see the owner as the existing staff including cook are bringing the quality and taste down . It used to be very good with good quality and taste back in 2008-2015 at dixie road. It is an alarm to do big changes in order to compete in the market, specially in platinum drive where a lot of restaurants around. The current staff at platinum making the so spicy khicheri in the name of biryani.

Dirty food! Ordered two plates of 1/2 chicken and rice - OVERLY SALTY. All I could taste was salt as if I ate a full spatula of pure salt. My whole family experienced diarrhoea and vomiting the same night. Called the restaurant to explain and give feedback and all they said was okay I’ll speak to the chefs..my father in law went to the emergency hospital because of chronic vomiting from this food. Never again ordering from here.

I’m amazed by the negative reviews it’s my 3rd time and this place has been amazing, halwa pori and chicken biryani are by far the best one I tried in 5 years in Canada. I would recommend this place 10/10 for Karachi style biryani and halwa pori as that’s what I have tried yet and both are
We catered from the new location and it didn’t disappoint! 4 of the 15 seekh kababs were ordered broke a bit cause they are that tender but over all we got a Large Biryani tray (they said its for 12-15 people. Its more like for 20-25 people I think unless you just serve biryani). But it was delicious as was the Chicken Karhai and Lamb Korma with the butter naans. The gajar ka halwa was also very good. Would definitely go back here and recommend. The owner even carried the biryani tray for us and came out to help us adjust the food trays in our trunk. Very nice of him. Good service but too many people on cash taking orders so ours was a little delayed. But overall a good experience.
Vegetarian options: They have good options for vegetarians too.

I came in two days ago and ordered 2 chicken biryani’s , 2 quarter legs, 1lb behari and 1lb fish. The biryani was fairly flavourful and well cooked. The quarter legs and fish was quite good. However the Bihari was lacking in taste. The establishment is well kept and clean for the most part. Also worth mentioning their Rita was very good probably the best in this area which makes the food experience so much more worth it. Definitely worth checking out!
