We started with the Namak Mandi Goat Karahi (full) along with the Ghost Khor Platter, paired with butter naan and their unique family naan. The family naan was a highlight—huge in size and perfect for sharing. The platter was also a winner, with a variety of meats grilled to smoky, flavorful perfection. Unfortunately, the Karahi was underwhelming, lacking depth and richness in flavor. Another letdown was the absence of rice dishes on the menu—no biryani, which felt like a big miss for a Pakistani restaurant.

Requested for straws and the person handed a naked straw with greasy hands. I tols her , her hands were dirty. She went back to grab another straw this time with gloves on...but I have lost all faith in how the kitchen was handling food.
About 20 minutes later saw another server handing straws at another table in similar manner.

Very poor customer care, despite frequent reminder they brought drinks when we were about to finish our meals, they said they will not charge for the drinks, they lied the bill still included the cold drinks, It clearly shows they don’t care about their customers .

Food is Delicious but Service is pathetic. Staff is busy talking and fooling around with each other. They wont ask you what you need and won't even fulfil your order completely. They need to train their staff for hospitality and customer service.

We ordered from Kboyz Karahi — the food was good, though not the best we’ve had in town. The ambience was nice, but the customer service could definitely be improved, as it didn’t feel very welcoming.

Food was okay- for those who know what Pakistani food can be know that this is a good attempt…the floor was slippery slidey at best and the kids were making some mad noise- which isn’t the restaurants fault but can we ask our customers/desi parents to behave like we’re part of a civilized society and have that expectation from our kids? The wait staff was doing their best with their limited numbers and slippery floors.
